Result history
Past play and past money movements live on different screens. Game history has Casino, Rummy, and Sports. Transaction History has Deposit, Withdrawal, Bonus, and Cash. Sports Record is the fantasy record. My Bets is the list inside a game. Notifications is a separate inbox. Open the one that matches the question.
When this applies
Use this guide when you want a record rather than a new tile: a bet you remember, a deposit status, a fantasy payout row, or a notice. Use the category guides when you are still choosing Casino, Fantasy, Rummy, Dice, Mines, Crash, or Plinko. A missing row is often the wrong screen, not a vanished account.
This page cannot show your rows. It has no login. The rows appear only after you open the channel with Play or the app at version name 1.0.1.
Which screen holds which record
Game history is the split by product. The tabs are Casino, Rummy, and Sports. Sports here is the fantasy side. Columns include Game, Time, Bet, Entry, Winnings, and Match. Loading means the tab is still fetching. An empty tab means that product has no rows in the view.
My Bets is the in-game list, with a time column. Live Stats sits beside it for the session, with All, Bets, Race, Profit, Wagered, Wins, and Losses. Use My Bets when you are still inside the tile. Use game history when you have left the tile and you need the account-level tab.
Sports Record is the fantasy screen, with Payout Records, ICC 2026, Total Historical Payout, and Updated every 12 hours. It is not a copy of Transaction History. A lineup is VIEW LINEUP, not a deposit.
Transaction History is the money screen. Its headings include Deposit, Withdrawal, Bonus, and Cash. A status you can meet on a deposit is Processing, and the deposit flow also names Deposit Successful, Deposit Processing, and Deposit Failed. A help question on that flow asks what to do when an order shows as successful and the game balance has not changed. The channel tells you to contact Customer Service in that case. This guide does not add a number of hours.
Do this
- Log in on the same account you played with. The app wants a mobile number. The browser also accepts email.
- If the question is “what game did I open”, go to game history and pick Casino, Rummy, or Sports.
- If the question is “what happened inside this tile just now”, open My Bets or Live Stats before you leave the tile.
- If the question is a fantasy payout or a lineup, open Sports Record and, if needed, VIEW LINEUP.
- If the question is money added or money taken out, open Transaction History and read Deposit or Withdrawal.
- If a deposit says Deposit Successful and the balance is unchanged, use the help text’s instruction: Customer Service, inside the channel. Do not send a code to anyone while you do that.
- If you are looking for a message from the product, open Notifications. Platform and Personal are the two groups. Mark All as Read clears them. An empty inbox is an empty inbox.

Empty is a result
No Plinko bet in the current session, no notifications, and a history tab with no rows are all readable answers. They mean the list has nothing in it yet. Retry on Sports Record if the fantasy list failed to load. Previous and Next on a game history say when there is no further page. Do not reinstall the app to repair an empty list on a new account.
A short apk is a different problem. If the app will not open far enough to show any of these screens, go to the install guide and the size 2,569,509 bytes. History screens do not appear on a file that never installed.
After you find the row
Write down the time and the tab for yourself if you need Customer Service later. The channel’s form will ask for that kind of detail in its own words. Help, Contact Us, and Customer Service are the labels. This preview still publishes no phone number and no email. The website help guide maps the same labels.
If the row looks like activity you did not make, and you recently shared a verification code, stop sharing anything else and use the code guide on the app site. Then use Customer Service on the channel. This page cannot freeze the account.
If every list fails to open
You may be on Log In still, or on Cannot Login Temporarily. Wait out the hour if that error is up, then try once. You may be on a pop-up-blocked tab. Allow the window or paste the Play address. You may be in the bank app, which has none of these titles. The version name on a games install is 1.0.1.
A single list that fails while others open is the Retry control, or a later visit. It is not a reason to fetch a replacement apk from chat.
What the records do not include
They do not include a payout promise, a bonus table, or another brand’s history. Bonus in Transaction History is a heading, not a figure this page can quote. Cash is a heading in the same place. The amounts are on the row, on the channel, after you log in. Refer & Win amounts stay on that screen too.

Where do I see deposits?
Transaction History, under Deposit. Statuses include Deposit Successful, Deposit Processing, and Deposit Failed.
A deposit says successful and the balance did not change. What does the channel say?
Its help text says to contact Customer Service. This page does not add a waiting time and does not print a phone number.
Where is fantasy history?
Sports Record for payouts and the ICC 2026 tab. Game history’s Sports tab for play rows.
Where is a Plinko round?
Plinko History, inside Plinko. An empty session says “No Plinko bet in current session”.
Can I clear a notice?
Notifications has Mark as Read and Mark All as Read. Clearing a notice does not cancel a bet.
